About ULI Learning
ULI Learning provides real estate education for students, professionals, and the public. A nonprofit education, research, and membership organization, ULI is dedicated to providing leadership in responsible development and creating and sustaining thriving communities worldwide. Available online and on demand, these educational series, courses, certificates, and programs leverage ULI's publications, content and research, as well as the practical and theoretical insights of our member leaders. ULI is committed to providing accessible education for the diverse communities of people who are committed to improving the built environment.
Code of Conduct
By registering for a ULI course, certificate, or other educational program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Treat other students, instructors, and ULI staff with respect and courtesy.
- Refrain from plagiarism. All work must be your own.
- Do not share course material with anyone else. Course material belongs to ULI and is provided to registered students for your use only.
Failure to abide by these terms will result in removal from the course and possible prohibition on future registrations.

I see that the course I am interested in has already started. Can I still register, and will I have access to the webinars that I missed?
Yes, you may still register for the course, and you will have access to the remaining live webinars, as well as 90 days of on-demand access to all webinars in this course. Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email that includes information about accessing the live webinars and on-demand recordings.
What is your cancellation policy?
We will make every effort to honor your request for a refund or credit for live instruction courses. For all live courses, requests must be made in writing to email@example.com at least seven days before the start of class. Refund requests for on-demand courses will not be accepted.
I can’t find the webinar recording from yesterday. Where is it, or when will it be available?
Please allow 24 hours from the end of a webinar for it to appear in the course materials folder. If you are unable to find or access the recording after 24 hours, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
