Founding Partner, Helix

Aaron Holm is a Founding Partner at Helix, the first housing innovation agency, where he works at the intersection of technology, systems thinking, and housing affordability. At Helix, Aaron helps housing professionals, builders, developers, and investors leverage AI and strategic innovation to enhance efficiency and drive growth. Helix is the creator of Rhizar, a collaborative AI platform that makes it easy for teams to create and orchestrate agentic workflows.

Before Helix, Aaron built a career spanning some of the most interesting problems in tech and housing. He was part of the founding team behind Amazon’s physical retail and Just Walk Out technology, and co-founded Mylio, a privacy-first photo management platform. Earlier, he co-founded Industrial Color, pioneering the analog-to-digital shift for creative organizations including HBO, Showtime, Victoria’s Secret, and Turner Broadcasting. He also founded Blokable, tackling housing affordability through modular construction.

On the community side, Aaron started the PatientCircle Research Institute and serves as a patient representative for the Foundation for Healthcare Quality in Washington State. He's based in Issaquah, WA.
