It’s easy! Simply follow the instructions below:
* Get easy access to your registered courses from your My Dashboard link at the top of the page.
Sign up for one of our certificates listed below! After completing all required course material and passing the exams, you will earn a certificate.
Earned certificates are on your "My Account" page under "Certificates." Get there by clicking your name in the top right corner.
In addition to certificates, we also offer course bundles which include a specially curated group of courses on related topics.
For on demand courses, you will have 90 days of access beginning the day you register.
For live and hybrid courses, you will have 90 days of access from the course’s start date (the date of the first synchronous session).
For certificates and bundles, you will have [90 days] x [the number of courses].
If, for example, you register for an on-demand certificate containing three courses, you will have 270 days to complete all three courses in the bundle.
In “live” courses, our instructors focus on presenting you with new information through one or more synchronous Zoom sessions. "Hybrid” courses allow you the flexibility to watch the course content on demand and attend synchronous meetings with an instructor to review the course content, ask questions, and engage in discussion with your peers.

You can access your live session the same way you access all course materials.
Be sure to read the “Before your first live class...” lesson ahead of time.
Don’t worry! All live sessions are recorded and provided to registrants within 48 hours. All live sessions recordings will live in a course on your dashboard called "Live Session Recordings." Recordings cannot be downloaded or recorded by students but are available to view for the duration of your course access period.
Yes! You can register for the course up until the day of the last live session. The sooner, the better so you don’t miss additional live session. You will have access to the remaining live sessions, as well as on-demand access to recordings of any missed sessions.

You can reset your password by clicking “Reset Password” on the Sign In page and entering the email address associated with your account. You can also go directly to the Reset Password page.

No. Creating an account allows you to register for courses, access course materials, and track your progress, but it does not automatically register you for membership.

You can also visit our ULI Learning catalog, where you will find a comprehensive list of upcoming live and on-demand courses, as well as information on certificate programs. Should you have specific questions about a particular course, please reach out to [email protected].
At this time, select ULI Learning courses are eligible for Continuing Education Units (CEUs) through the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP). Courses approved for credits will be denoted on their respective course pages. Contact us at [email protected] if you are interested in receiving credit for a course.
We will make every effort to honor requests for a refund or credit for live instruction courses provided that requests are made at least seven days before the start of class. Requests must be made in writing to [email protected]. Refund requests for on-demand courses will not be accepted.
