Alison Chave co-heads JLL Canada’s debt capital markets. Her expertise includes lending, appraisal, risk management and portfolio management. She has worked at leading financial institutions, including heading real estate private placement financing and public/private initiatives at an insurance company and holding the position of Chief Risk Officer at the debt arm of a Quebec Pension Fund. Alison has brokered, underwritten and approved over CAD $6 billion in loans during her career, and she is increasingly focused on providing green and sustainable financing solutions for property owners. As a member of the Canadian, European and Global JLL Capital Markets Sustainability Counsels, Alison brings deep knowledge of the latest developments in sustainable financing around the world.
