Jonathan Bartlett

Global Principal for Urban Strategies, Jacobs

Jonathan Bartlett is a real estate and economic development consultant with more than 20 years of experience in market analysis. Based in Atlanta, he currently serves as Global Principal for Urban Strategies at Jacobs, an industry leading design and engineering firm with over 45,000 employees around the world. Since joining Jacobs in 2014 he has led real estate strategy engagements for private and public sector clients in the U.S., India, Saudi Arabia, and Oman. Previously, Jonathan was a Senior Manager in the Commercial Real Estate group of CohnReznick, LLP and a Vice President with RCLCO in Washington, DC and Atlanta. Originally from Boston, Jonathan has a BA in Journalism from Washington & Lee University and an MBA from UNC-Chapel Hill, with a concentration in Real Estate. He has been a ULI member since 2004 and currently sits on the Urban Revitalization Council (URC). Jonathan has served on several ULI Advisory Services Panels and local TAPs, and he is a 2011 graduate of the ULI Atlanta Center for Leadership. Jonathan also holds the Counselors of Real Estate (CRE) designation and previously taught Real Estate Market Analysis in the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
