As Senior Director of Development for VanTrust Real Estate, Justin Duff ’s responsibilities include evaluating build-to-suit and speculative development opportunities, oversight of the design and construction teams, communication with municipalities and neighborhoods, project economics, as well as successful project delivery. Working in the real estate industry since 2003, Justin incorporates his years of commercial construction and development experience across a wide variety of product types. Some recent project highlights include Burns & McDonnell’s World Headquarters Expansion and Phase II, Kiewit Headquarters, Plaza Vista (Polsinelli) Office Development, and Meadowbrook Park - a 139 acre golf course redevelopment project including 53 single family lots, 70 town home units, 330 senior housing units, 292 multi-family units, and a 54 room boutique inn including 5,000 sf of retail space. By leveraging his past experiences, successes, and industry relationships, Justin effectively builds and leads project teams through design, preconstruction, and construction phases. Justin is a LEED Accredited Professional and a graduate of the University of Central Missouri with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management.
