Karine Blanc is an experienced real estate executive and thought leader focused on building stronger, more inclusive communities. Karine is founder and CEO of Avenue Fouchard Advisors, a real estate development advisory firm based in Philadelphia. Her areas of expertise include real estate development, capital markets, housing, and social impact. Karine currently serves on Urban Land Institute’s Advisory Board in Philadelphia and serves as Chair of the Small Scale and Impact Development Council. She also currently serves as an adjunct professor at Temple University in the Fox School of Business Real Estate Department. Karine graduated from Rutgers University with a bachelor’s degree in economics and a minor in political science. She also holds a master’s degree in economics from Rutgers University.
