Kathleen LéVeque, AICP, is the Assistant Director of Planning for Denver Parks and Recreation. Kathleen’s team manages the parkland acquisition program, systemwide and master planning, capital budgeting, community engagement, and coordination with the development community. Kathleen has nearly 20 years of experience in traditional city planning and park planning. Kathleen has practiced in California, Colorado, and Illinois. She has a Master of Urban Planning and Policy from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from DePaul University. Kathleen is accredited by the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP).
