Nicole Hollander is the Senior Vice President of Retail Asset Management at JBG Smith. She has been a proud member of the JBG Smith team for nearly ten years and has been instrumental in launching and managing their mixed-use retail portfolio. Nicole started her real estate career in the hospitality sector with Marriott, followed by a move to Archstone to focus on multifamily assets. It was her unique opportunity to work across multiple asset classes that drove her passion and knowledge of mixed-use developments. Nicole holds a B.B.A in Sport, Event and Hospitality Management with a Secondary Major in Dance from The George Washington University and an M.B.A in Real Estate and International Business from The George Washington University. Nicole is a current board member of Hillel at The George Washington University, the Executive Director of the Dana Tai Soon Burgess Dance Company and has found her WLI Circle to be a highlight of her real estate involvement.
