Bobby Dishell is general counsel of Cloudbreak Energy Partners, a national developer of distributed and utility-scale solar and storage projects. Prior to this, Bobby was a real estate attorney at a prominent Denver law firm, where he advised clients on transactional matters including industrial acquisition, disposition, development, and work related to multifamily assets. Bobby also guided his clients through advanced energy matters including building energy efficiency retrofits, solar and wind leasing and development, and planning for and meeting regulatory requirements to reduce building energy use. He regularly writes and speaks on topics related to real estate, advanced energy, and ESG. Bobby was recognized in the Denver Business Journal’s 2023 40 Under 40 list, he is recognized in Colorado Super Lawyers Rising Stars 2023 and 2024, in Best Lawyers Colorado Ones to Watch 2024, in ColoradoBiz’s list of Top 25 Most Influential Young Professionals, and he was recognized as one of five to be an Up and Coming Lawyer by Law Week Colorado in 2021. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, his master’s degree from John Hopkins University, and he earned his law degree from the University of Colorado.
